instead of talking to my crushes like a normal person, i stalk them and get info about them by seeing how they interact with others, what they do on a daily basis at school, etc. then i usually write it down so i dont forget or what not. i have found alot of info online before on an old crush, but what do you think? is this creepy? normal? neither?

I think it`s a little creepy. I have had that happen to me( someone finding out info about me without me giving it to them) and it feels like a violation of privacy. I hope none of the guys you have done that to ever find out what you did because they might get highly offended and feel violated like I did. On the other hand, there ARE some guys who might find it very flattering. I was wondering, what do you do with the info you get? Ever approach anyone based on what you found out about them? Have you ever tried talking to a guy and just going in blind without snooping and finding things out about them? If not, maybe you should try it just to see if you can. If you can`t just talk to a guy and get to know him in conventional ways and feel that you have to snoop around and find out things without them being aware of it, I would say you have a serious problem and should seek professional help. It`s ok to be curious and snoop sometimes but if you have to do it EVERY time you like someone,it`s strange and a little scary.

there is nothing really wrong i sorta have the same problem i just dont stalk them wht u should do is just try to be their friend for a while and then ask them. I agree with the first person u shouldn't be stalking them. But that could be your future job as a reporter if u can get good infor on them.

It's not creepy if the guy doesn't know you're doing it. Yet it's not really healthy, it causes obsession. It is normal though not to have the guts to talk to a crush, in a way you're the only one who can judge what you're doing...i'd say if you're using the info in bad ways, obsessive ways or stalkish ways that's pretty weird. If you're using the info in your own head...it's not QUITE as weird.

it depends on how far you go to find out about them. If it is just casual things you find out about them before you approach them, it is normal. If you stalk them when you know it is too far, then it is creepy. Be careful how you approach the situation

That's creepy. Its a person not a research paper. Sounds like you have a future in investigating reporter or something. How would you feel if someone did that to you?

well, take this into concideration. a girl's father did a police background check on me. how do you think i felt. he didn't find anything, but let's just say i don't talk to her anymore. if you want to know about these guys, talk to them. don't spy. espionage is a federal offense.
