Well I used to wear mine until they were so irritating I couldn't stand it any more. Then I'd take them out and clean them. But I'd put them right back in. This can cause damage. So now I take mine out ever two weeks just like the doctor ordered.

I used to leave them in for 10-15 hours a day, but I recently had a bad allergic reaction to a new kind of lenses (with hydraclear - apparently I'm allergic to it), so I've been wearing them less. My eye doctor said not to wear lenses for more than 16 hours a day unless they *do* have hydraclear (which I can't wear), though.

As long as it's comfortable, don't worry about it. Unless they are approved for overnight wear, I wouldn't sleep in them overnight, though.

I take mine out every night (I have weekly ones). If I sleep in them I wake up feeling like I have sand in my eyes. I clean and store them like regular contact lenses.

you can sleep with them in up to 6 nights than sleep 1or2 nights without them in than put the same pair back in for 5or6 nights sleep without any contacts and than put a new pair in.
