Lately i've been having bloody stool and sometimes after the bowel movement. meaning, there is no blood in the toilet, but when i wipe there is either plenty of it or sometimes just a little bit of blood. i feel like there might be something wrong with me. all my doctor told me, was that i need to get a pap smear. and i really don't want HIM to give me a pap smear b/c he is a GUY.

also, i just recently had a bowel movement b/c i was constipated for two weeks. and i think it's b/c i drank some whole milk. whole milk has done that to me since i was very little. i usually drink skim, but i needed to drink it b/c i ate a chocolate donut. anyways! during and after my bowel movement, i was literally pouring sweat and i felt dizzy. soon after i was done, i became very nauseous and felt as though i was going to pass out. i rushed to my bed and my stomach started to hurt. anyways, i want to know if anybody has any idea of what it could be?

i don't want suggestions. i want ideas. please.

i know that it could be urgent. but i need the reason behind the urgency. i have different medical insurance. and there are specific dates to change my doctor. i can't just do it whenever i want. i have certain circumstances, that is why i have not taken the necessary action.

i just need to know what could possibly be causing this!?

Plain and simple, either you have an ulcer!, or you have a tear in your rectum from pushing too hard.

Sounds like you might have hemerords and they can go pretty far internal and cause alot of pain. Worst is when you are constipated, for one never ever let your self go 2 weeks being constipated that is dangerous in many ways. Now then there are millions and little tiny nerves in the rectom and blood vessels are very close to the surface. I learned this in nursing school by the way. When there is alot of preasure on the rectom and anas the blood starts pumping the heart starts beating faster and a person could have a heart attack ( Please everyone remember Elvis, the king died on th toilet because of this) With the heart pounding you will sweat and feel dizzy if not just faint all together.. So from what you said it sounds like you might have some internal hermerords and when you got so badly constipated your body was trying way to hard to go to the bathroom. I was taught in school that you can put some one into a heart attack just taking a rectal tempature if there was to much preasure. This is the biggest reason why I do not understand anal sex I keep wondering why someone would put them selves in such risk. Any way you did not ask that. To prevent this from ever happening again is make sure you have a BM no longer than every other day, please don't wait for 2 weeks. I have felt the same thing you have due to the medication I am on and it is a awful feeling.

Red blood in the stool

Usually, bright red blood in the stool comes from a tear in the tissues of the rectum, or from hemorrhoids and would normally be combined with constipation, straining to have a bowel movement, and the consequent bleeding from the rectal tissue or hemorrhoids.

According to the National Institutes of Health, about 50% of the United States population over 50 have hemorrhoids.

If you see bright red blood in your stools, it's probably hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are the most common source of bleeding from the rectum and the anus. However, if the bleeding lasts for more than a couple of days, you should have an exam.

After your bowel movement I think you had an anxiety attic it happened to me once the same way only I did pass out. You have to try and remain calm the reason your feel that way is because you don't know whats wrong and your thinking the worst.

I'll give you a differential...
Chron's
Ulcerative Colitis
Hemorrhoids
Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding
Anal Fistula
All need to be checked out, sounds like you may have some kind of anemia going on from the bleeding.
Ideas... go to the ER docs and tell them, most of the time there is a female on staff that will help you.
Find out about your family, has anyone had anything like this?
Why is it urgent? Because if you are constantly having bleeding you could end up fainting, hitting your head, driving a car, etc...
If you are dealing with it for a long time, you aren't considered an emergency unless something changes.
You should be seeing a gastroenterologist in any case due to your chronic constipation..
Which is probably causing the ripping and bleeding.
The treatment for that is:
acutely: Sitz baths, bulking agents, stool softeners.
Chronic: Surgery to repair any tissue that has been created in to a fistula.

Hemmoroids due to bad diet. ( donuts etc) They are veins that break in the colon when you have constipation from pressure... Sorry but a suggestion is to eat less donuts/no milk ( dairy is so bad for you) and eat more veggies and fruits. They have lots of fiber and you will eliminate this problem. Also drink lots of water...
