I just bought a sterling silver ring. I hardly know anything about rings but on the inside it reads [.925] and [C.D.] What do these things mean?? does it mean its real?! Fake? genuine? Im totally clueless

.925 means .925 pure silver or 92.5% pure silver.I dont know what the CD is though.

.925 is the purest form of sterling silver in jewelry and the mark C.D. is the maker of the rings initials
It is a genuine sterling silver ring. Take good care of it.

thats strange .925 sound like some year and C.D. sounds like an era like for example B.C. before christ try the wikipedia
