I am virgin and I must be in bed with my husband next weak I am afraid of the pain of first night.Is it a pain full action? what can I do?

it's not painful - I promise. just tell him to go slow and be gentle - thats what my husband and I did. make sure you have allot of foreplay before hand (cuddling, kissing, touching...anything that turns you on. it makes you 'wetter', which will make it a whole lot easier). when he first slides into you, you might feel a deep stinging in your lower back - thats normal. it'll go away after a few seconds (tell him not to move, and it'll be over quicker). after those few seconds though, it doesnt hurt at all - it feels really good. every time he thrusts, you'll feel this deep preasure - and its really pleasurable. dont be surprised if its over before you know it, espesically if he is a virgin too. there will probably be some bleeding afterwards, which is normal - that stinging sensation you feel at first is your hymen breaking, which causes a little bleeding. don't worry. it might hurt to walk the next day or two, because you have used muscles youve never used before. but after that, you'll never feel any pain again. and the more you do it, the better it gets. just relax, and be honest with him. as long as you trust him with your body, and hes gentle and understanding, things will be...awesome! Don't panic!!! The pain is NOT excruciating & mine was gone before I had a chance to decide it hurt. Now, the next day you may be sore, but the more you have, the more it feels GOOD!
Do your best to relax...... Have a drink or two. If you tense up it might hurt a bit more.

Like the girl above me said, its only gonna hurt for a second.. after that you won't even feel it. The pain you feel is your hymen breaking, it's only a thin piece of skin, but if you wear tampons then you may have already broken it and you won't bleed after having sex. If you do wear tampons then its not gonna hurt.. the stretching might actually feel good considering (hopefully) your man's stuff is bigger than the tampon.!!

Dont worry so much. The problem is not so serious. Just relax and enjoy the experience. Only if you are relaxed then only u can be well lubricated to avoid the pain ... enjoy.

virgins in this period? sounds funny..!!!!!!!!!! 90% have had the opportunity to be in bed with either a FRIEND/E-FRIEND/COUSIN/BROTHER/NEIGHBOUR....etc. but a pure Virgin might get pain when penetration happens. Just guide ur husbands penis right to your vagina and slowly make it slide until it disappears. Breath a lot while this is done . Hay, you dont have to be afraid,
Just go for a foreplay before the real sex stroke and ask him to move slowly. The foreplay will discharge lubricant from you and help in the inter... and that too without pain.

awe sweetie I was a virgin when I got married too. It is scary I will be honest but, It isn't that bad. It hurt a little but my husband was gentle enough. It will be okay, if you just relax! if you tense up it will make it worse. Congrats!

honestly, yea it does really hurt the first time. ur um..."section" is getting used to his "section." A girl is like soft clay, it forms to watever solid goes deep into it. if something smaller goes into it, u or should i say "the clay" wont feel it but if something bigger goes in it, o yea ur gonna feel it cuz it needs to reform. Well, wen i first did it, my boyfriend is "big" so it hurted. Well think of it this way, if he's "small" it wont hurt as much. lol but seriously point is, yea its gonna hurt cuz ur body has to get used to it but after a few times, trust me, it feels great! =] o and if u dont noe this heres another tip, ur going to bleed the first time, so if u bleed dont be alarmed. o yea and ask him not to go so rough neither. It will hurt, but not as bad as your probly thinking. Just relax your body and don't tense up. make sure you have constant eye contact, so you can communicate with eachother. Good Luck And have tons of fun!!

It will hurt. To make it hurt less make sure that you are very aroused before attempting penetration. It would be a good idea to use some lubercation. Water based is best.
