Yes they have teeth & you can care for a bite at home. Treat it like any other mild abrasion, only check the wound for broken teeth. One thing you can do to lessen the severity of the bite is to not pull your hand straight out of the snake's mouth. Either let the snake release it's grip by itself(this takes patience) or, remembering that a snake's teeth point backwards towards the throat, push your hand or finger deeper into the snake's mouth to let the flesh slide off the teeth naturally without further damage.

The term is 'Recurved' teeth, and yes they do.
All this means is that the teeth curve back into the mouth so whatever they bite cannot easily escape.
If you are bitten, and can keep your wits, just gently push the bitten area a little further into the mouth as you open the mouth a bit wider with the other hand.
The actual bite will appear to be a curved row of tiny punctures if you do this right. If it is a series of tiny tears, then you probably injured the snake more than it injured you.
The care for the bite is the same as for any other minor bite that may become infected- clean it well (punctures need a LOT of cleaning!) and keep it clean.

If an animal has a mouth, it can bite. In my experience with Ball Pythons I have never been bitten, but that doesn't mean that they can't bite. They are mainly constrictors, squeezing their prey until it dies. If you're looking to get a pet ball python I would recommend one, they are very great beginner snakes.

They have small fixed teeth about the size of this comma,. And no medical attention needed. They are constrictors and have no venom whatsoever. If you get bit by one clean the wound with peroxide or alcohol. The only danger from a ball python bite is infection. And seriously do some real research before even considering buying one, since you have to ask.

They have really small teeth in a "V" shaped row. If it is not over 5 feet long I doubt it would need medical attention unless it got infected. I have 2 snakes (one 2 ft one 7 ft) and have been bitten several times, never been to the hospital for it.

It depends on how big the python is, like the other people said. I doubt that even a big one could cause too much damage. You'd bleed a lot, but then you'd get some scabs and then they'd go away. No biggie. But on the other hand, I don't know how tolerant you are of pain...

they do have recoiled teeth and if bitten it depends on if they rip your flesh instead of just puncture, if the flesh is ripped then see the doctor.
basically depends on how big the python is.

Actually even if the bite is minor you should go to the doctor to make sure none of it's teeth got broken off in you. Make sure you clean it really well too!
