That must be one of the more tasteless "questions" I have heard in a while.
I am a "neat freak", so I change underwear & socks each and every day, sometimes twice in one day if I take more than one shower in that day.
But the longest I went without changing undies was about 3 or 4 days, when I was stuck in the woods during survival training in the military.
I didn't dare smell them afterwards; I didn't even bother to wash them; it was straight to the boiler room's furnace for that foul rag!

One day! Maybe if camping two days...That is a "quirt" of mine.
When I go on vacation mostly I want underwear, and T-shirts; wheather it be 10, or 50..Dirty underwear is a no-no.. Think about having to go to the Emergency Room and you haven't changed in a week. Gross..Glad you asked the question as I need to wash about twenty pair tonight.

I would say about 5 days to a week. I was lazy and didn't do much during that period. They smelled, but they didn't smell terrible. Had I been working out everyday and doing other sweaty activities, I imagine they would have been alot worse. Usually, I change them every 2 days.

I'm 67 and I have never changed my underwear. I take them off every night and smell them and masturbate to a massive orgasm. I then put them back on and soak up all my semen in the same underwear for tomorrows nightly smell.

I never go longer than a day without changing my underwear. I never did a sniff test on them.
