For doing what? USA presidents do not end up in prisons. Clinton lied to a grand jury. You and me, we'd end up in prison but Clinton didn't. Nixon resigned and Ford pardoned him.

Bush will likely end up like Saddam...free and clear and rich.
The man they caught was not Saddam. Don't believe me? Do you believe your own eyes and ears?
Look at the pictures taken just before and at the very beginning of the war...he had perfect teeth with a perfect overbite, and was clean shaven.
When captured just a few weeks later, the man that was captured had a really, really long, scraggly beard (which Saddam had never had before) and most importantly, the man had very crooked, yellow, rotten teeth and a severe underbite. Saddam's wife even said that it wasn't him and demanded to know where he was. The man also had longish hair (which would have taken over 6 months to grow out that long). His basic cranial shape was different, and his nose was misshapen. His eyes were a different shade of brown, too. All easily noticable facts that any relatively observant person can see.
The man kept the beard, and once people started noticing the teeth thing, the media stopped printing or showing any pictures of him.
Saddam is probably living like a king in South America or something. He was a valuable asset to the CIA...do you really think that they would actually let him in front of a court...with all the information that he had? How naive you would have to be to believe that malarkey.
