okay i was at college and this girl asked me where how to get to some builidings then i was like yeah its right there.....then she was like u dont have walk me all the way babe...i was like smiling its alright im about to go....i was like so ur new here..she wa slike no i been to those buildings like 100times...but i dont remember...( what is that supposed to mean..not to be conceited....sounds like she really did know how to get there but idk ) ....she was like what classes r u taking ...and she said wait what teacher do u have for history i said rye and she said oh nvm i have some old guy with yellow teeth...then after that i just hurried up and went away from them idk what to do when a girl takes the inititative to get to know me i like get scared but when not im alright? well anyways either way i dont think girls will go out with a guy they just saw on campus?

It seems like she is a stupid or not so intelligent girl who is interested in you but does not know how to flirt or carry out the hint or question through the conversation.
Why don't you string her along and flirt around with her a little. Don't play her, but just keep it just a little bit more than friendship, and take it slow. Watch and see. I have a feeling that she might be a player.
It is very obvious that she know where she's going and by doing what she did, she show you her intelligent, which is kind of low.

Campus is an interesting melting pot. The relative security of home and a shared building HS disappear before the annonymity of numbers, different buildings, unknown friends up and down the dorm/frat hall. Part of the gig is to learn this new system which almost mirrors "other than college" world.
It reads as if she was checking you out, dude. One line might have been. "How about I meet you after class and we can go around makin up poetry about the different building names?"
