Aussie Rules Football, hands down! Went to a few games when I was in Australia and it kicks butt. The ball and bodies are flying everywhere. Players work their *** off unlike soccer players. Plus there is tons of scoring and the atmosphere in the stadiums is awesome.

Actually, that's the better answer, whatever game you understand deeply enough to really feel the game. Otherwise there's not much point.
