No one really thinks she's a great dancer. She just ENJOYS it, and is fun to watch because she is honestly having a good time.

I just happened to be watching back when her show was new and a lady wrote in and told Ellen she should do something at the beginning of each show. One idea was for her to dance, so I guess it stuck.... Funny how you asked about that and I saw the show about it :)

She can dance, I mean we see her dancing on the television! She's a great dancer and has fun with it because she smiles!

its not that she is a great dancer it is that she is not afraid to dance....she gets out there and kicks it to the music.....the way she kicks it....to her drummer.....that is whats up.....go ellen go!!!
