Ok i have a friend whos **** smells real bad and when she takes her stuff off she has NASTY stuff in the front and i mean the front of her undies it is kinda like pulling a grilled cheese sandwitch apart how do i tell her i am afraid that if i dont soon the **** will start climbing the walls

You can send her a tactful, honest, discrete email that is anonymous. Go to http://www.thepayback.com and they will send it for you. If that doesn't work, try mailing her an anonymous letter/message. Something like "Someone who cares about you wants you to know that there is a serious hygiene issue that they want you to take care of." Blah, Blah, Blah.

Tell her honestly but gently, that she should go to a doctor/gynecologist because she might have gotten some infection and needs immediate medical assistance before it becomes worse.

If you've noticed it, she's got to be aware of it as well. I'd ask her, "What is that?" and see what she says. Then I'd say, "You really should see a doctor about that, and since I'm your friend, I can say this to your face, it smells really bad." Good luck.

Be tactful about it. Be surprised to see it and ask if its always liek that,or maybe something more subtle that you can think of to kind of open up the door to talking about it.
