Only Singapore and India are listed in this category. I think
Middle East, Asia ( China, Japan, S.Korea, Taiwan, Turkey,etc) and Asean (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine,
Vietnam, Thailand etc) should also be listed here. Many of them are expanding economies. Why are they not listed?

I think it is because this website is in English.
China, Japan, S.Korea, Taiwan, etc are using their native language.
http://cn.yahoo.com/ is in chinese.
http://www.yahoo.co.jp/ is in japanese
http://kr.yahoo.com/ is in korean
http://tw.yahoo.com/ is in chinese
....
