My favorite of all time was "Quinto". It was similar to Scrabble only with numbers. Horizontal & vertical rows had to add up to multiples of 5 and could only be 5 tiles long. They quit making it about 17 years ago but mine is still in near mint condition.

I liked this board game made by Avalon Hill in the 1970's called Magic Realm. They don't make it any more, and all i remember is it was pretty complicated.

I like Scrabble too but I don't often have people to play it with, so I play Wordox and DoubleCross at http://hoylegames.sierra.com/index.jsp Yahoo! Literati is okay, too.

The more complicated the better. I like Risk and Monopoly, and chess if that counts.
