Equation of straight line is,

y = mx + c

where
m is the gradient
c is the y-intercept

given
gradient (slope) m = 1.68
and a point (0, 1.23)

We get,

y = 1.68 x + c

Substitute x = 0 and y =1.23,

1.23 = 1.68 (0) + c

c = 1.23

Hence the equation is,

y = 1.68x + 1.23
