I only get the pain after I ejaculate when I havent had sex for some time. I feel the pain in both my right and left testicles after ejaculation.

I am not sure how normal it is, but it is certainly not something to be concerned about unless it is a persistent problem. If that is the case, you should see your physician about the issue.

During a male orgasm, there are rapid, rhythmic contractions of the prostate, urethra and the muscles at the base of the penis, which in the adult men, typically forces stored semen to be expelled through the penis's urethral opening (although ejaculation is not technically necessary or required as part of the process). In other words, these parts of the male anatomy experience 'spasm' which can leave them sensitive or ache afterwards.

Same things happens to me. If i have sex every day im ok. But if i havent had sex for a week or to and then do then my balls start to hurt a bit.

Happened to me when I first started to have sex. If it continues with you for another couple of months I would have it checked out by a doctor, otherwise don't worry about it.
