Recently i just moved and have been under tremendous amounts of stress...im just scared that theres something wrong with me. i was diagnosed with a mild case of depression earlier this month and havent been eating correctly...i just am wondering what this could possibly be. please help

Depression and stress can affect your period - don't worry. Trust the test.

I had something similar happen last month and i was absolutely freaking out because i thought i was pregnant. now mind you i just gave birth to twins in november of last year so i was hoping it wasnt that. So when i went to the doctor they told me that sometimes with all of your stress and not eating right it can cause your body to go through some form of dehydration and therefore it causes you to not have your period or have your period late. They told me that this does not always mean your pregnant but just to be safe i had a blood test done to make sure that i definitely wasnt. Hope this helped some.

When you stress about things to much, your body has a reaction, and what your body is doing is just that. When I went through basic training, none of us had our periods for the whole 9+ weeks. Its normal, try to relax. See a doctor about your depression. Eat a good diet, exercise, and things will work out. PROMISE!

If ur under alot of stress it will mess with your periods. So will the birth control. Don't worry, trust the test.

Stress and not having a proper diet can reak havok on a woman's cycle. Depression and anxiety can also do this. Talk to your doctor about possibly going on something to help you.

If you are losing weight, that could affect your period. Go to your gynecologist to be sure.

Probably just stress. Women's body is very sensitive.
