Madonna has been 'cruxified' by the media for the past two decades and posing as Jesus on the cross was the symbolic 'scarifice' of her privacy and dignity in becoming famous.
She was trying to say that the media have cruxified her - nothing to do with Jesus, really. Agreed?

Sorry to say it but Madonna is a has-been. The girl had her glory days for the first 10 years of her career. Now she looks like some 3rd world starving, raving lunatic. She's just doing things for shock value to keep up her appearances. LAME.

As a Christian, Jesus dying on the cross symbolizes the sacrifice for many and she was just doing that for herself.
