there are rules to make up colors, don't use the same color as your eyes, dark colors recede, bright colors accent. Bright blues are usually tacky, etc. Go to a makeup counter and get a free makeover, follow tips from them.

find a soft gold color, really, most most soft metallics will work well.i have medium brown skin, too. we can wear most colors, as long as you know what you are doing. don't be afraid to experiment. alot stores have a 30 day return policy for make-up(like cvs and harmon beauty supply) so go nuts and if you don't like it, RETURN it!! you are really lucky to have the skin color you do, there are so few limitations!

Ohhhh, your sooo lucky! I am as pale as a sheet,damn it! You can wear any color you wish my dear! Gold and browns look awesome, but you can pick from any palette of color so have fun exsperimenting! Just remember to blend.

depends on your eyes, im assuming brown - a light purple shade always draws out the color and looks nice. Depending on your skin tone, light blue can be pretty, or you can try golden browns, shimmery colors
