Ok I found out I am 7 weeks pregnant! YAY! Well has anyone actually waited to find out the sex of their baby. I kind of want to be surprised. Just wandering if anyone else wait to see also. let me know. I know its going to be hard to wait.

I know its going to be hard... i have a son already... i am praying for a girl and would rather just kind of wait it out to seee.... i wouldn't mind if it was another boy.... but i think i will cry... but i will love and cherish him... but please keep your fingers crossed its a girl and I'll see at birth... lol

I couldn't...I am a planner... want to clothes picked out, the nursery all done, and the name pick out!

I never wanted ( well I did) but didn't find out the sex of the baby. I wanted to enjoy looking at baby boy and baby girl things throughout my pregnancy. My girlfriend found out her second born was another boy and she spent most of her pregnancy crying because she knew she wouldn't be having anymore. Once she had him she didn't love him any less than her first. Because of that I didn't find out the sex of my 4 the first 3 being boys and the last being a girl. Just have a healthy baby!

I didn't know for my first child and i had a boy , then for my second i had another boy , and i just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant now , i wouldn't mind a little girl. i get way over excited so waiting is never an option for me ha ha. They couldn't tell with my first that's why i had no choice but to wait. If you can wait girl go for it ! not everyone is all antsy like i am , good luck and i hope all goes well for you , no matter what you decide to do. CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!

WAIT!
When I found out I was pregnant I told me boyfriend it was up to him if we were going to know the sex of the baby or not. We waited. It was the best surprise ever!! Think about it....when else are you going to be able to have a durprise like this again? Unless you have another baby? lol

Sweetie trust me alot of people have waited to find out the sex of there baby and trust me its a beautiful surprise when delivery comes,but if you feel thats the right thing to do then go ahead.Good Luck!!!!!!

yes, i waited. i have four children. back then they couldnt tell as easily as now. they use to make mistakes, and the parents to be would buy pink, or blue, etc., then it would be the opposite sex. it takes away part of what God gave us in the surprise, awe, and wonder of birth if we find out early what we are going to have. if you can wait, it'll be so much more exciting for you. good luck, whatever you decide to do.

It is very hard to wait. I was going to wait to find out the sex of my baby and as I got closer and closer to the ultrasound I found more and more excuses to go ahead and find out. (for example I had bought every unisex newborn outfit in town!)
Yeah I failed found out I am having a baby girl...
My boyfriends mom waited when she was pregnant with him, she said the key to being patient was distracting herself with other baby things..

i said i wanted to wait when I found out. I found out at 5 weeks. Now I'm 17 weeks and looking forward to my ultrasound next week to find out. I really can't wait to find out whether it's a boy or a girl. good luck and congrats!

I didnt wait, because I was to excited. But I have known people not to find out. They told me it was hard to do, but whenever an ultrasound was done, they just didnt 'REALLY' look. Best of luck, and stay strong!

I waited and probably would next time.
BUT it's gonna be a surprise if you find out at 20 weeks or if you find out on their birthday...if you don't mind waiting, that's cool...sometimes I think if I could find out I would.
Here in Canada(well, in my province) they wont tell you anyways. Silly to me.

i did 4 times the biggest kick i got was how everyone absolutely KNEW what i was going to have they were wrong 3 of the 4 times and they all bought clothes and had to take them back to the store and everyone told me what to name them it was the best part of being pregnant!
