It all depends on what you mean by "red" and "green." I know that this sounds silly but it isn't. Red glasses preferentially filter light of all colors but red. Green glasses filter light of all colors but green. Ordinary colored glasses do allow quite a bit of colors all over the spectrum but allow more red (or green) through than other colors.

Wearing both red and green ordinary glasses, all light is filtered so the effect is similar to wearing dark gray sunglasses.

However, there are narrow band filters that only allow light over a very narrow band of colors to pass through. With such a filter, the light passed by a red and green filter are completely different so no light cna pass through both.

Pretty much nothing.

Green and red are contrasting colors and tend to be rather good at blocking light and most other colors when combined.
