You are pretty thin. Your BMI is only 18.3, 20 to 25 is considered ideal, 18.5 and bellow is underweight. But if you've always been that thin and never had problems with your period before then it's probably not the weight and could be several things including stress and diet.
If you are trying to get pregnant you should visit your doctor to talk about your periods and any types of vitamins you should be taking to prep your body for pregnancy. There are several vitamins now that they believe can help prevent birth defects. It's worth a visit.

Yes, weight loss can have an effect on your periods, but ususally it won't actually stop your peroid--unless you have lost so much body fat or weight that your body will stop your cycle. This is something that may happen with anorexia. You sound like you're at a very healthy weight. Honestly, my period didn't become "normal" or predictable until I was about 19- 20 years old! I think it's normal for a girl your age to have irregularities and still have healthy hormones, they're just not quite "settled" yet maybe? Somtimes that kind of thing is hereditary, maybe your mom will recall that her periods jumped around at your age (if you feel comfortable, ask her). But if you think you may be pregnant, or if you don't feel healthy -talk to a doctor. Congratulations on your new and improved healthy lifestyle and all that weight loss. That's amazing!

Your mood is the cause. The irregularity is the effect. You're young, got a lot on your mind with the wedding coming up, trying to conceive and the usual daily troubles and headaches. Calm down ... relax a little. Walk barefoot in the grass and feel the earth beneith your feet.
Never go to bed at night being angery or upset about the days issues. Tomorrow is another day to work on them. Give it a break and get some rest at night. - Likewise, when trying to conceive, leave your troubles out in the hall. Life is better sturred, not shaken. Get in a routine where you're comfortable that allows harmony and balance. The cycles of the moon wouldn't be regular if it bounced around the earth, either. Now would it?
Good luck to you and may your future be bright. "Peace"

yes if you see an acupuncturist she can give you treatments and herbs to get more fertile. Vitex/Chaste berry is one herb to regulate the cycle.Find one that specializes in fertility.
Go to to your gyno just to make sure you don't have an infection that is making your period irregular. Also - I am 5'5 and 120 and look pretty thin. I think it would be a good idea to put on an extra 10 llbs...

I would just advise that you eat healthy and get nutrients from food not supplements. Eat plenty of greens, protein, and healthy whole grains.
Besides that, you should contact your physician to work out a precise plan to track your periods, and make sure your body is a maximum health to carry a child.

Could be. Amenorrhea is a lack of periods due to low weight. You might visit a GYN.

I don't think you are that thin. As long as you are eating healthy, it's probably not your weight. Talk to your doctor about your cycle and your desire to get pregnant.
