Does federal and/or state (Nevada) law require discrimination based on age, sex, religion, disability, nationality, etc, as an element in supporting charges of a hostile work environment?

federal laws is in all 50 states and territores. you would have to file a complaint with the state, county or towns eeoc.

Federal law protects you in all 50 states from this each state has added it's version of laws to enhance this but all 50 are covered
