Deadpool (old version) or Wolverine (Ultimate X-Men version)?
and why do you think they would win?

Two guys with healing factors? Two guys from different realities?
Sad to say it but Deadpool wins, and probally easily too....
Ultimate Wolverine is a pathetic shadow of his "classic" counterpart. Aside from bagging a teenaged Jean Grey, Ultimate Wolvie is a wuss.... he constantly gets owned by everyone in the Ultimate Uninverse (From teammates like Jean Grey and even Nughtcrawler to baddies like Striker and Sabertooth).
Deadpool on the other hand is a mercenary through and through. He Gets the job done and in the past has given "classic" Wilverine a run for his money. So it stands to reason that Ultimate Wolverine goes down.

Wolverine, Deadpool is cool, but Wolverine is just a better charecter.
