I'll ans ur Q in 3 parts..
1) e new song does not sizzle, not even lukewarm... e song (like it's title) is nuthin in tis werld...
2) I rather not rate cuz tis song definitley is 4 those who r blind 2 Paris's vocals abiltities
3) Heard e album: terrible 2 my ears!! Wonder how she got a recordin contract??

Whenever I hear Paris Hilton sing it sounds like someones grinding glass in a blender. I bet if you just walked up to her and said "Hey, sing.", she wouldn't sound any good without all the mixers etc they use in the recording studio. There are singers out there that sound just as good a capella as they do with the back up bands etc. Personally I think her singing sucks.
