Both Palmer and the Bengals will improve this Sunday. Most NFL teams tend to get better from week 2 on. The fact they are facing one of the weakest teams in the NFL at home doesn't hurt either. It would not shock me to see Cinny blow-out the Browns as they did at home last year around this time. The Bengal beat the Browns 27-13 in Cinny last year and in the offseason these teams headed in opposite directions talent wise. Believe me, Palmer will play better in this rivalry game.

S.O.B.Same Old Bungals! No defense. Movin' the ball against the Chiefs(even less defense) isn't very impressive. The Bungals better wake up, Pittsburgh's comin'up!
