Hey well we were having sex, and it got really intense so I guess I put my hands around my g/fs neck at some point. So after we were finished she tried to make out that I was chocking her, and tried to kill her. I told her she was delusional. So she threatened to call the police. Do you think what I did was wrong?

I have heard of people that like to be strangled or strangle themselves in order to climax.....but if she isn't into it, you shouldn't go there.
Sex makes us do crazy stuff, just don't try to kill your partner :)
Next time why don't you try letting her tie your arms to the bedpost and have her way with you. Not only is this a way for both of you to enjoy yourselves, it puts her back in control of the situation...not to mention is keeps your dirty mitts off of her neck :)

Yes, and very scary, and potentially dangerous. You don't have to cut off a person's air entirely to hurt them; having one's airway even partially compressed can do real physical damage as well. What you have described is both physical and psychological violence.
