Aching nose?

My nose has been aching and it feels like pressure behind it for 3 weeks now. I don't have a cold or a runny nose.
I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago and I am worried that my nose is changing shape. Can that happen? What is the cause of the pain?

See a nose specialist.
I doubt if your nose will change shape, but if it hurts then there is something wrong and needs to be looked after.
