Happens at least once a day. I just go back to where I started and that usually helps me remember .

Happens often, especially if I've got a whole bunch of things going on. SO, I go back to whatever room I was in previously and concentrate only on that room and what I may have had in mind when I was there. Quiet often , it works, but you can't let yourself be distracted with anything else until you figure it out.
The older you get the more often it happens, trust me I'm an old geezer and it happens often to me.
Don't lose any sleep over it. You're perfectly sane!!!

All the time. I just walk back out of the room in a daze, trying to remember what I was looking for. It usually hits me when I start doing the thing that I left to find whatever it was.

That happens to me sometimes. I walk around the room thinking "I know I came in here for something..." and after I leave the room, I remember.

Do it all the time. I walk back to the room I just came from and begin what I was doing and it usually comes back to me.

Yes it happens to me lots of times, I try to remember what I came in for but I dont.

Happens to me all the time. i think realllllllly hard and still can't remember what i came in for. just walk out stop thinking about it and it'll come back when it wants to.

Yeah. My boss would laugh at me most of the time. "Boss... uh... what was it I'm here for again?" *turns around and takes a step before turning around again* "Oh yes, it's about...." Am I due to lose my memory yet? :D
