Leukemia is a type of cancer, there is treatment, but like anything else it is not guaranteed.

There are also different types of Leukemia, I don't know where you live, but if you are anywhere near a major city that has top rated cancer centers go to one. If you feel it is too far away, go there for diagnostics and prescriptions then get the treatments done locally. They have more experience and see more, therefore there treatment is better.
