Signs of pregnancy are different with every woman but here are some common signs:
1.) nausea and/or vomiting
2.) fatigued (or very tired)
3.) sore breasts
4.) more hungry than usual
5.) missed period or only light spotting
Other problems can cause light bleeding in place of menstrual cycle. For example, hormonal problems or stress. But if she is within childbearing age (45-50 or younger for most woman) than she should rule out pregnancy first.

First off, take a pregnancy test! then there will be no question about it. Spotting is fairly common in pregnancy, but it can also mean other things. Did she just start a new birth control? Is she under a lot of stress? there are many factors for why she's having these symptoms. Have her take a test and if the results are negative, have her see a gynocologist who can help figure out whats going on with her. Good luck =)

A woman can bleed like that and be pregnant, she can be regular and still be pregnant but it doesn't happen to often. I had abnormal bleeding in my early 20's and it was cervical cancer. On the positive side once that was taken care of I had 4 children. I also had fibroid tumors and was always bleeding or spotting. Your better off to see a doctor for a diagnosis just to rule out anything bad.

classical symptoms r nausea, dizziness, sometimes vomiting, weakness, feeling sleepy all the time, food cravings. also she should feel body changes like tender breasts. spotting in early pregnancy is not normal, though a lot of women have it. u may take a home pregnancy test or go to the doctor. if she's pregnant, spotting especially along with abdomen pains or cramps may be the first symptom of miscarriage.

the only way,(other than giving birth) to tell if your wife is pregnant is to take a test. Get one if you want to know the answer. There are many symptoms but with that, they are close to the same things that happen when you are on your period.
good luck

Take a test. That is your best bet. Sore boobies, fatigue, major mood swings, all symptoms of pregnancy. She is far along enough now to take a test though, so do that. Save yourself the stress.

Even if a women gets her period on time, it is possible she could be pregant. Some women bleed during pregancy. The only way to know for sure is to take a pregancy test.

well if her period is past due, and she is bleeding very faintly, she may be pregnant.. but also it may be other reasons also such a stress or something else. i would recommend taking a Home Pregnancy Test, How late is late for her cycle anyway? it may be implantation bleeding.
