when you shave, what's the diffence between using sopa and water or a type of shaving creme?

Water and soap are really not recommenced for shaving. If you really can't bring yourself to shell out cash for shaving cream or gel, try ordinary olive oil or your hair conditioner. You WILL notice a big improvement compared to the soap and water combo.

Soap is meant to remove dirt not penetrate the hair follicle, which is handier for shaving. Water will soften it somewhat, but not as effectively as when used with the oil, cream or conditioner. Wash and exfoliate before shaving.

Shaving cream is supposed to be more conditioning for the skin and provide a cleaner shave.

sometimes using soap and water gives you ingrown hairs.. it makes spots on your legs. When using shaving cream, you get a better and smoother finish and you dont get ingrown hairs. You can feel the difference when you use soap and cream.

soap and water will dry your skin out so bad you should never ever use soap on your face unless its specified for face.
shaving cvream has vitamins and minerals designed to be used on the face
and always use a sharp razor

well soap can irritate your skin and make it itchy and cream have lotion and it is alot smoother to shave with and it lessen the itchyness
