New tenants sent me a letter with a proposal to leave by October with me absorbing Sept.rent also I was to give them moving expenses and back rent for what he falsely & loosely calls breach of contract. Tenant wants to waive mediation. I encouraged tenant to work with me.He said he'd get back to me after he spoke with his partner the next day. He never did. start eviction proceedings
screw him if he is an attorney
if anything he'll piss of a judge for abusing the law to gain
free rent

Good luck with this one. Attorneys are sneaky and can figure out ways around just about anything.
Check with the court and see if you can get an eviction action going, and get a jury if applicable in your area..
