Well I think there is a certain amount of apathy in the world but would not say it "outnumbered" the good of all mankind. The world is full of good and decent humans.

human apathy is a constant, it's never changed throughout our history. it's the odd person, who can accomplish some good that stands out.

with goodness do they express a desire
for goodness, once you turn your back
on them they revert back to their apathetic
