In the west of Montreal, You could find a work and speak english every day.
But if You would like to integrate the french community at work, people are open with people like You.

Can't be too hard, but you have a much better shot if the employer speaks English. Look in the Gazette, or try the Bar-B-Barn or Bens, or bagel places.

Also factories, they'll hire anyone.

Are You Canadian ?If not you will need a work permit first.
In a Bar you will need French .I would concentrate in Westmount , where the population is more Anglo.

You don't need to speak french to be a dishwasher or any other entry job. Consider it a challenge to brush up your skills!

I think for those kinds of jobs, no. Your employer would probably appreciate the fact that you're trying to learn.
