All you need is the user's screen name. I send emails to Thailand under two servers, "Yahoo.com" and Hotmail.com. Should not be any trouble for you, It is a world wide web.

Country of destination should make no difference. The websites could end in the country code, e.g. .mx, .de etc, but for email, just type in the email address.

Are you serious?? What makes the difference WHERE the person is? If you have their email address, they'll get it. If you don't have it, you need to get it.
If you still don't understand that, turn off the computer.
