Your sincerity and love will be d best gift you can give her , say "i love you sweetheart your verry beautiful today" but if you want to give her a gift treat her to a restaurant or buy her a necklace.

depending on the amount you want to spend, jewelry is always a favorite, perfumes, bath sets, nice sweater. Women love things just for them, I like a day at the spa.....maybe a nice trip if you can afford it.
