Hi all. I am employed as a Picker/Packer at a "mom n' pop" type warehouse. Well, at orientation last week, my boss's wife Dottie Lee smacked me on the azz real hard and laughed as she walked away. I just assumed she was some kind of freak mama and blew it off. Well, I started Monday, and let me tell you it gets worse. On Monday, my boss told me I would spend the first part of the morning training with Dottie Lee and filling out paperwork. Well, I was drinking hot coffee from one of those flimsy cups, and managed to trip while walking and ended up spilling coffee on my face and shirt. Well, without warning Dottie licks my face! Ugh! Then, she proceeds to drag her old cracked, dry tongue down my shirt! I told her to stop it! She just laughed and walked away and told me to go to lunch. I didn't see her the rest of the day. However, today, I started on the line, and Dottie came up behind me and pinched me on the booty. I hurt like something awful! I need this job. Should I tell my boss???

Well I guess if you don't like it, say something. Look around...does she do it to others? It can be hard to prove the claim especially since you are a guy and most people don't think we can be sexually harassed. So it would help if you had some other people in the same situation. If the boss fails to address the situation, go over his/her head. If no one takes care of it, you can call a lawyer. Although personally if this woman just doesn't know where the line is and seems to be attempting to just goof around, I would confront her before I went to my boss. Just my idea.

first question, is dottie lee human, after all.... nevertheless, tell your boss about it. if he value you that much, he'd let you keep the job. if not, you might be better off somewhere else where you won't feel harrassed. seriously.

Are you for real??? if you are then this is blatant sexual harrassment. Of course you need to report this to your boss!
