Download one of many streaming media players such as TVAnts, PPLive, or Sopcast. I use Sopcast cus i liked it best. You can go to their respective websites or google the downloads, which i found to be lots faster. Once you install the player go to the channels tab and there are different sports channels where you can stream live games. Sometimes they have English announcers but mostly this is TV stations from Japan / China so the game commentators speak Japanese / Chinese, but hey it's free.

Then you can go to different sites to see which channels are playing which games and at what times. ie:

Fox Soccer Channel carries Premiership matches. If your cable company doesn't get it, you can find on DirecTV or the Dish Network.
