mine is 14X70, and yes its a good buy if it needs no work

How much is the asking price? Remember you NEVER make any money when it comes to selling it. They depreciate sooooo fast! How many people need to be comfortable in there? Do you have a park or piece of land to put it on? Check with your banker and they can give you the blue book value and if it's worth it. Good luck to you.
