Why would someone have 3 drunk driving tickets? My aunt died about a month ago because she was drunk driving, had a hit and run, and died a few days later of a brain hemorrhage. She drove drunk a lot too. I guess she got what was coming to her. I just wish she would have had enough common since to grow up and drink responsibly. Please tell whoever you are asking this question for to please be considerate of all of the people they might hurt by their drunk driving. I hope you find the answer that you are looking for, have a good night.

Depends where you are. In some places minimum 2 years. The system eventually ran out of patience......

For a long time hopefully, and never be able to drive again - it should be considered along the lines of attempted man slaughter afterall if they do manage not to kill anyone its by sheer luck.

What state or country are you talking about? In Czech republic you'd be without a license for a year and a $2200 fine.

I wish it was forever. In reality, it depends on the State and how good your lawyer is.

Seek professional help (rehab).
