i cannot tell of any approximate time can a squamous cell carcinoma would become deadly.all i know is that the faster the cancer cell metastasize thefaster it spreads...why not check for the histopathologic grading of the tissue or organ suspected with the carcinoma so that you will be given advice by the doctor or the pathologist.

It depends if its small cell squamous epithelial cells or large cell squamous. The small cells can kill you in less than 3 months but large cell can take 8 years. Best chance she has would be at MD Anderson hospital in Houston texas. They have a new proton machine that zaps only the cancer cells. Its done on an outpatient basis and its almost 100% effective. God bless you and your family
