There are several places in Arizona called Hidden Valley, so read below and see what you like. :)

The one that is probably the most familiar to people is the one in South Mountain Park on the southside of Phoenix. This is a large rocky desert mountain range with many hiking trails. On the western end of the mountain (above Pima Canyon) is a shallow valley called 'Hidden Valley'. It is near 'Fat Man Pass' and can be reached by the Mormon or National Trails.

As a poster above mentions there is also a Hidden Valley to the south of Phoenix near the town of Maricopa. It is a desert plain between the small Palo Verde Mountains and the even smaller Haley Hills to the west. It is almost due south of the Estrella Sailport where Hidden Valley road crosses AZ238.

Lastly, there is a Hidden Valley along Oak Creek to the south of Sedona (near where AZ89 meets Page Spring road).

These should not be confused with Secret Mountain and Secret Canyon to the northwest of Sedona or Hidden Canyon on the Shivwits Plateau to the north of the Grand Canyon.
