Micrsoft has one that the right and left hand keys are kind of fanned out. If feels a lot more comfortable. If your in Office Depot or Stples or someplace like that check them out. The look funny but after using one for a couple minutes you'll be buying one. (That's unless your a watch your keys two finger typing person, then it will drive ya nuts.)

i do not know about keyboards that are good for someone with hand pain but i do know they have these foam strips that serve as wrist rests. it forces you to elevate your hands when typing which reduces the chance of carpel tunnel syndrome. Also, of course if your lazy, your wrists can rest against it.

i like the natural keyboard, where the left hand keys and right hand keys are seperated.
