Theres this hot guy where i work. I really like him but i dont know how to tell him. We've been talking as friends only. I think he likes me to but im not completly sure. So how do I tell him i like him and How Can i make sure he likes me as well?

Do some research...
Find out what he likes from his associates, or his friends.
Take a real interest in the same kind of things. Find a problem in one of your new things that you are trying to develop as an interest, and ask him for his help in getting it to work, or in doing it. Spend time with him and get to know him better. In the process he will get to know you better also. things will happen or they won't. They will only happen if it seems like you have some things in common. So you better start digging Poker, Fishing, or Harleys (whatever his thing is).

Lol, this is always fun, to talk to people about...try flirting with him and guage his reaction, if he seems into it, maybe try droping hints about things like, a movies out that you want to see or your hungry, etc. Lol dressing sexy is always an attention grabber. If all else fails tell him some friends invited you to go hang out after work, and you'd like it if he would be ur company....and then conviently your friends never show up and u too hang out the rest of the night...lol, that i know to have worked.

First, find out if he's married or involved with someone.
Then think about your work enviornment. If you get involved with this person, and you sleep with him and then it doens't work out , will you be able to continue to work there with him and the gossip that may go around about you, etc...
If those two things are clear with you then ask the guy out for a drink after work. If he's interested he will go with you and then you can take him to whatever else that you want to do with him.

Well you can try flirting...if you signal a guy that your intreseted then mabye he will get the hint that you like him...if he doesn't respond back then mabye he only likes you as a friend...you should ask him out as a freind and go on dates...see where that goes and if you guys click...then hey you guys are gonna be a great couple..good luck

I'll tell ya one thing the less interested you act the more he will notice you. Now of course you have to now and then give in and show some interest to get his attention, but the name of the game is not to show you want him too much....then they have a tendency not to get to know you better and desire you more than for just something less than to be desired...ya know what I mean? stop selling yourself short
it would feel better if he likes you because of who you are without even trying anything
if it came naturally its much more fulfilling
instead of trying so hard.
you can never make sure that he will also like you well
i know its hard especially when you really like him
but it would feel so much worse if he only liked you because you did something
but if he sees you for who you are naturally and he still likes you then here comes real joy

try playing catching the other persons eye. its a fun way to flirt...look at the guy and look away when he looks at you. see if he then looks at you and do the same thing.
its fun.
