I'm almost 27 and have never in my life had a girlfriend. I don't want to live the rest of my life being single. I have dated a few girls, but it mostly turns about that they become not interested in me and I want to change that.

First off you don't win a girl. Wrong terminology. If you speak to girls like this of course you are not going to get any girls. Try not to think of us as a prize and maybe you will get somewhere with us. Why not try being a gentleman. Open the door for us, pull out the chair for us sit on. Walk on the side of the street so we don't get splashed. Get us roses. Listen to our problems and offer helpful suggestions. Do not offer criticism. Be supportive of our hopes and dreams. Make sure you know this person before you get into the sack with them, Because we will start to think "Oh now here you go you will never call us again. Just my opinion

Like a prize at a carnival? Are you serious? You're from West Virginia or Alabama aren't you?
You are focusing on yourself and need to show more respect for another human being who is likely smarter than you.
The other idea is to find someone who wants to be won. Don't go looking for this one at a college campus or library. Best way to find this one is to look to families that have abused their children or in some other way limited their self-respect.
Keep trying.

We could of say wife and Husband is most importand thing in life.
If you already dated FEW girls,you need to choose one that you like.and keep dating with them.like a Talk,play,gift........
gift is best way to make them feel good.
(beautiful flowers, a diamond ring(?))
Then you keep going on for long and do some hugs and kiss.
after that ask them to marry, this is probably example for saying.
(Let's say her name is Juliet)
"Oh Juliet my life has been 27 years And I have beautiful woman is here and ...... I wonder If you like to marry me...."
If she say YES,
You're good.
If she say NO
Ask the reason very very carefully.
(she wouldn't say I'm single...)

You can start by referring to them as something other than a prize. You do not "win" a girlfriend.
