Anywhere where there is a naturist colony town, such as Cap d'Agde in South of France (quatre naturiste), many places in Germany and Holland.
Also Borneo, Africa still have naturally naked people.

In Munich, Germany when the weather permits you can walk around, sunbathe naked in the English Garden (a park in the City)

Long ago...there was a beautiful paradise...it was called the Garden of Eden. Some snake came along -fed a bogus line to the lady,she fell for it...although she should've known better!..and so did her husband...hook,line and sinker. It was all downhill after that...for a while,anyway.But that's a whole other subject!
So...as far as I can tell you, I believe they do that in Germany. My former sister in law told me how her mother used to take her to the lake on Sundays and how uncomfortable she felt having to walk around in the nude with everyone else.

YES! In Germany, public nudity is not a crime. Go to
www.nude-in-public.com. Many of the photos there are shot in Germany, though I am not sure of the cities/towns. Those girls are totally naked and walking through crowds of people, etc...
There are also many nudist colonies, camps, etc.. Total nudity is the way of life.

In Monaco you can stroll nude on the steets near the beach, go shopping, or eat at a sidewalk cafe. It is a shame there aren't more places where you can do that.
