It would start with Sr.,jr.,1st.,2nd.,3rd.,4th., and 5th. Just like George Forman, and all his sons George! George Sr., George Jr., George I., George II., George III., George VI., and George V. The example shown here, is from the oldest to the youngest.

I imagine middle names and nicknames would have to be used in the place of the parent's name for all five. If even one of the children goes by the parent's name, there will be a confused discussion for every single phone call.

Usually people only name one child per generation after themselves. So John would become John Sr. when he has John Jr., then John Jr. could have John III, then John III could have John IV, and etc.

Senior refers to the fathers name, Junior is the first son, then they are numbered like Kings or Popes. Google George Foreman and his sons. They all have his name.

nick-name them by 'Eka' 'Dwi' 'Tri' 'Catur' and 'Panca'. in sanskrit as One Two Three Four and Five.

I dunno. But you could ask George Foreman, the heavyweight boxing champ and grill maker, because he has 5 sons named 'George.'
