For the same reason I don't watch TV in general: it's all crap mixed in with inane commercials.

Because i got sick and tired of seeing bodies laying in a pool of blood , or a bloody hand out from under the sheet, journalist just want to get an award for their coverage now they don't care about the victim's family, and second i get sooo tired of hearing the hot new storys repeated over and over and over. I just want the news not all the drama they create.

because some people do not want to see all the bad things going on and cant handle seeing all the depressing and disturbing stuff on the news i know i have a hard time with it but i do like to be informed and aware but some people just cant handle it....

Because most of the stuff that they show on the news is negative and we get TIRED of seeing that type of STUFF!!!
