I have alreday courted my crush last June 20, 2006. But she says we are too young about that becoz we are the same 15 years old. As a result i am failed! So right now i still IN-LOVE with her. Do you think it is right to have another proposal and thinking that i will have a chance with her?

Why not just be her 'special friend' for a year or so? You can give her a pretty flower on Valentine's Day, and even steal a kiss.
Take it slow and let her see you carrying a torch for her. She'll fall madly in love with you.

your 15 your too young to talk about proposal that means your asking to marry her you are in 9th grade or 8th what is wrong with you?? You do not get tied down at 15

Pursue her gently, girls love to be pursued but not if you get too heavy. Go for it, let her know how you feel.
